5-Stand
Fast-Paced Fun for Shotgun Shooters
Five Stand is a shotgun sport that combines elements of trap, skeet, and sporting clays. Many find it more action-packed than trap, with more crossing and flying patterns than skeet. Think of it as sporting clays without the walking, it was originally designed for ranges that don't have space for a full sporting course.
Targets are shot in 25-bird increments from five shooting stands, with up to five shooters rotating from station to station. Each stand has a menu card showing the predetermined sequence of target presentations, so you'll know what's coming before you call "pull."
Clays are thrown from six to eight automatic traps, offering a mix of crossing, sliding, dropping, and stand-and-fall patterns that keep every round exciting.
Coming Fall 2025: Heated 5-Stand stations and 5-Stand under the lights, so you can enjoy the action year-round, no matter the weather or time of day.
